Punched Turkey

It is never to early for Thanksgiving.

This is our final card that I had done in my Punch Class a while ago.  I figured that is never to early to get your cards ready for Thanksgiving!

In this card I used Stampin' Up! punches:  Small Oval, Heart to Heart, 1 1/4", 3/4" Circle punches and the Boho Blossom punch.  In the background I used the Big Shot with the Texturz Plate Backgrounds #1.  For the saying I used the Modern Label punch.

Enjoy!!

Diaorama Card

I just love this cards.  It is a GREAT look and dimension.

Have seen this cards done so many different ways.  You can do endless different windows with the Stampin' Up! punches.   We did this card at a Technique Thursday club that I have.  If you would like to learn more about the club CLICK HERE.  I used the 1 3/8 & 1 1/4" punches to make the windows.  The stamped images are from the Vintage Vogue and On Your Birthday sets.  I used Certainly Celery cardstock and Classic Ink, Rich Razzleberry cardstock and Classic Ink, Basic Black Ink and Whisper White cardstock.

This is what it looks like from the top view.
I just LOVE the dimension of this card!

Bouncing Brayer

Give Dad a card that will BOUNCE OUT at him.

Being that Dad's day is just around the corner I thought that I would put another idea out there for all of you.   This is a card that we made at a Technique Thursday club that I have.  If you would like to learn more about the Technique Thursday club Click Here.  This technique is called the Bouncing Brayer techniqueLOVE IT!  It gives such a WOW to your card.  In my card I used Brilliant Blue Cardstock and Classic Ink, WhiteWhisper, Glossy White & Basic Black cardstock with Stazon Black Ink.  For the stamped images I used All Holidays, Itty Bitty Backgrounds & Itty Bitty Bits sets. To do the Bouncing Brayer you ink your brayer up really good and then bounce it on your Glossy cardstock going in a circle with one end always in the middle of your cardstock.  You are going to bounce the brayer.  (Do Not roll)  Or you could say touch it to the cardstock and then lift it up and down.  Hope that makes sense.  It is such an easy technique, but it gives you such a GREAT look!

Punched Lion

Isn't he adorable!!

I did a punch camp a few months ago and this was one of the cards that we did.  I was requested to post it on my blog.  The Stampin' Up! punches that I used were:  Scallop Circle, Small Oval, Word Window, Trio Flower, 1/4" Circle, 1/2" Circle, 1" Circle, 1 3/8" Circle & 1 3/4" Circle Punch.

On the Scallop Circle you just cut out a notch in each Scallop to get the mane.  His body is made up of the 1 3/4" & 1 3/8" Circles.  The ears are the Word Window punch cut in half with a 1/4" circle glued to that.  Feet are made of the Small Oval cut in half.

I hope you ENJOY making this CUTE Loin as much as we did.
