I taught this technique in my Technique Club. In my club we meet once a month and I teach 2 different techniques. For the background I ran this through the Big Shot with the Vintage Wallpaper Impressions Folder. I love the Impressions folders, they give your projects such dimension. The color coordination that I used is Pool Party, which is an In Color at this time and Whisper White. For the tiled background I use the Simply Scored and the Diagonal plate.
